A very brief intro
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of their supply chain solutions. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project completion and client satisfaction. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite per week.
What you will be up to
- Collaborate with Solution Architects during the design phase of projects.
- Lead the solution design phase for low complexity projects.
- Oversee the project team through construction, production preparation, go-live, and stabilization phases. This includes planning, coordinating, and supervising tasks like configuration, training, and testing.
- Train and develop junior consultants.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on project governance processes.
- Contribute to improving methodologies, processes, and project management tools.
- Spend the first 6-9 months learning our clients' platform through on-the-job training.
Is this you? (Requirements)
- University degree in IT or a related field (exceptionally, business degrees like Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical knowledge may be considered).
- Minimum of 3 years experience implementing management software (TMS, WMS, ERP)
- Experience leading work teams in management software implementation projects is a plus (or 2 years for Senior Consultants).
- Prior experience in Supply Chain management (client-side or consulting) is preferred.
- Experience in regional projects is a plus.
- Software development experience is a plus.
- Advanced English language skills. (C2)
- Knowledge of JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Strong teamwork, proactiveness, analytical thinking, and autonomy.
- Self-directed, with a focus on research, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
- A history of job stability and a commitment to achieving goals.
